AAOOMI ("AAOOMI," "we," "us") provides strategic cybersecurity risk advisory services. This policy explains what information we collect through aaoomi.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It works together with our Terms of Use, which governs your use of this site generally — agreeing to the Terms of Use means agreeing to the practices described here too.

Information we collect

• Information you provide — name, work email, company, title, and any notes submitted through our Schedule a Consultation or Contact Sales forms.
• Usage & demographic analytics — pages visited, referring source, approximate location (city/region level via IP), device and browser type, and on-site behavior, collected via cookies and similar technologies (e.g., Google Analytics), unless you've opted out — see "Your Privacy Choices" below.
• Attribution data — UTM parameters, ad click identifiers, and the page that first brought you to the site, so we understand which channels are effective and can route your inquiry appropriately, unless you've opted out.

How we use it

• To respond to consultation and sales requests and route them to the right specialist contact.
• To understand which content, industries, and solution pages are most relevant to our visitors, so we can improve the site.
• To measure which marketing channels and campaigns drive qualified interest.
• To meet legal, security, and fraud-prevention obligations.

What we don't do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share form submissions with our solution-provider partners (Axonyx, Redblock, Senzing, Tiger Advisory, or others named on this site) unless you explicitly ask us to make an introduction.

Service providers we use

We use a small number of outside services to run this site and respond to your inquiries. When you submit the Schedule a Consultation or Contact Sales form, the information you enter is sent both to our own inbox and to HubSpot, the customer relationship management (CRM) platform we use to track and follow up on consultation and contact-sales inquiries. HubSpot stores that submission on our behalf so our team can manage the conversation with you — it is a data processor acting under our direction, not an independent recipient free to use your information for its own purposes. We also use Google Analytics (GA4) for aggregate site-usage analytics, described further under Cookies & tracking below.

Cookies & tracking

We use first-party cookies to remember attribution (how you found us) for up to 90 days, and third-party analytics cookies (e.g., Google Analytics) to understand aggregate site usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them will not affect your ability to browse the site, though it may limit our ability to attribute your visit.

Data retention

We retain consultation and sales inquiries for as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain a record of our business relationship, and analytics data per our analytics provider's standard retention windows.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by emailing info@aaoomi.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable law (e.g., GDPR, CCPA/CPRA and other applicable US state privacy laws).

Your Privacy Choices — Global Opt-Out

You can opt out of the non-essential tracking described above (analytics cookies and attribution) at any time, in either of two ways:

• Automatically — if your browser or a browser extension sends the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we detect and honor it on every page load. No action needed on your part.
• Manually — use the toggle below. It's stored in your browser and applies to this browser/device only.

This opt-out stops the non-essential tracking described above. It does not affect information you actively type into the Schedule a Consultation or Contact Sales forms and submit — that information is a service you've directly asked us for (to be contacted), not passive tracking, and it's still sent to us and to HubSpot as described under "Service providers we use" so we can respond to you.
